Terms of Service — Generation Roofing

Generation Roofing provides roofing services including roof repair, roof replacement, roof leak repair, tile roofing and roof inspection, as described on this website. The services actually provided for a job are only those set out in the written agreement for that job.

An estimate is arranged after an on-site look at the roof and is set out in writing, with the scope and the material named. An estimate is not a final price unless the written agreement for the job states that it is, and any change to the scope is agreed in writing before the changed work starts.

Services described

Scheduling is arranged by phone at (747) 335-3331. Access to the property and to the roof must be available at the agreed time, and any gate, association or access requirement for the address should be raised when scheduling so it can be planned for.

Payment is by arrangement, as set out in the written agreement for the job. No payment term, price or financing term is promised on this website, and payment details are handled through the channels set out in the written agreement.

Any warranty term for a job is only the term set out in the written agreement for that job, described as per written agreement. No warranty term, length or coverage is promised on this website, and no manufacturer term is promised here.

Estimates

To the extent permitted by law, Generation Roofing's liability for a job is limited as set out in the written agreement for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a job is handled under the dispute process set out in the written agreement for that job, where one is stated.
